Logging In

Mod AI is a web-based platform. You access it through your browser at platform.usemod.ai. This page walks you through your first login and covers common login scenarios.

First-Time Login

Before you can log in, someone from your organization (typically an admin or manager) must invite you. You will receive an email invitation with a link to set up your account.

If you have not received an invitation yet, check your spam folder or contact your organization's admin. For details on the invitation process, see Accepting an Invitation.

Once you have accepted your invitation and set your password, you are ready to log in.

How to Log In

  1. Open your browser and navigate to platform.usemod.ai.
  2. Enter your email address in the email field.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log In.

After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard, where you can see an overview of your AP activity.

Bookmark platform.usemod.ai for quick access. This saves you from typing the URL each time.

Setting Up Your Password

When you accept your invitation for the first time, you will be prompted to create a password. Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Contains at least one uppercase letter
  • Contains at least one lowercase letter
  • Contains at least one number
  • Contains at least one special character

Choose a strong, unique password that you do not reuse across other services.

Forgot Your Password

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. Go to platform.usemod.ai.
  2. Click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Mod AI account.
  4. Click Send Reset Link.
  5. Check your email for a password reset message.
  6. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.

The password reset link expires after a limited time. If the link has expired, repeat the process to request a new one.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive a password reset email. Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact your organization admin or email support@usemod.ai.

I see an error when I try to log in. Double-check that your email address is spelled correctly and that you are using the right password. If you recently reset your password, make sure you are using the new one.

My account is locked. After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password using the steps above.
